Diana’s Coffee is a family owned and operated business proudly rooted in the mountains of Manizales, Caldas, Colombia and brewed with love here in Texas.☕✨

Our story begins with our grandfather, who started with coffee farms in Colombia’s rich coffee region. Today, we continue that legacy by working with our family and neighboring farmers, ensuring fair wages, sustainable practices and a true farm to cup experience with no middleman.

Inspired by our mom, Diana, and her love for bringing people together over a warm cup of coffee, we launched Diana’s Coffee to share the rich, bold flavors of Colombian specialty coffee with our local community. You’ll find us at our mobile coffee cart at Cedar Market Ranch and around Dallas-Fort Worth, serving handcrafted drinks made with high-quality ingredients and our freshly roasted beans.

We also offer retail bags of our Colombian coffee so you can enjoy the same quality brew at home.
